“Hao was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and enthusiastic. She gave fantastic recommendations for every stop on the tour, and clear instructions/plans for how to navigate around each stop. Every place visited was beautiful! The scenery and history of the areas are amazing! Yes, there is some extra cost if you choose to go in to certain areas, but it's worth it to support the local communities and upkeep of these historic items. Highly recommend!”

Ghibli Park 1-Day Bus Tour from Nagoya

2.Ghibli Park 1-Day Bus Tour from Nagoya

★★★★★★★★★★4.5 · 277 reviews · from $179

Ghibli Park from Nagoya made easy with a reserved ticket, bento lunch, round-trip bus transport, and free time to explore.

“The experience overall wasn't very good. For one hand, we received thr tickets for the park and the obento for lunch. On the the other hand, they lied about having access to all areas (in March), we were only able to access to 3 parts of the park. Also, the instructions of how to get to the meeting place were so ambitious and confusing. We ended getting a taxi to the park. Overall won't recommend to book from this website. If you can buy your tickets in advance you will so much money and have more fun, too.”

“Alberto was very kind and expressive. He gave nice recommendations which we followed and agreed with explicitly for a wonderful tour experience. I left my wallet at the last rest stop and he spent an hour with us contacting the police and keeping us updated as to where it was going and where to pick it up. I give him a ten out of five for sure!”

5.1-Day Tour from Nagoya: Hiking the Historic Nakasendo Trail

★★★★★★★★★★4.9 · 34 reviews · 8 hours · from $189

Hike 8 km from Tsumago to Magome on Japan’s historic Nakasendo Trail with an English-speaking guide and small-group transport from Nagoya.

“Our guide was very knowlegeable and shared a lot of history about Japan and the culture. He was studying Japanese history and culture and was the perfect guide. I have to give kudos to the company even though there were only two of us in the tour the company Snow Monkey did not cancel the tour. The hike was at a resonable pace for the two of us who are in our mid and late 60'ss. The guide slowed the pace to help us manage the hike. We have great memories of the Nakasendo trail and wonderful background about it. We highly recommend this tour.”
